Crazy White Boys Tour - Not So Crazy!

Chad was able to join us at my parents house at the end of our second week of visiting them.  It was the 4th of July and we wanted to spend it at my parents house.  It was the 100th Anniversary of Border Days which is the big rodeo in Grangeville.  They had a concert coming to town.  It was Mark Wills and Mark Chestnut.  My mom thought it would be fun to send us for our Anniversaries and my mom and dad stayed home and watched all the kids.  They had 10 kids!!  We were excited to go, but the concert was TERRIBLE!!  We stuck it out as long as possible, but it just wasn't great.  The opening act played for an hour, and then the announcer trying to bring on the big act was the local DJ.  She was terrible!  She just kept saying that she couldn't believe that these guys were in "Grangeville, Idaho!"  Both of the Marks came onstage, and they just switched singing back and forth.  They only had one other band member, and they weren't that good.  I have never left a concert early, but my record has now changed.  It was nice to get out without the kids, and spend some time together with my brothers, sister, and my husband.
